10 new metro lines to bring Tianhe, Nansha closer终于，南沙天河不再“咫尺天涯”

Travel time from Tianhe district to Nansha will be reduced to 30 minutes after 10 spanking-new metro lines are built and open by 2023.

The 10 new lines, listed in Guangzhou's third-phase urban rail construction plan (2017-2023) approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, include the eastern extensions of Line 3 and 5, the northern extension of Line 8, Phase Two of Line 7, 13 and 14, as well as new lines 10, 12, 18 and 22.
